__________ Kenneth P Burres MD:
MicroLaser Discectomy™ Specialist
Dr. Burres practices general neurological surgery and specializes in Microsurgery, Spine Surgery, and Sportsmedicine. With over 25 years of experience including thousands of cases, Dr Burres uniquely offers his patients a wealth of treatment options and diagnostic expertise. He is also co-developer of UltraCOACH, a unique Windows-based software program for multisport athletic fitness and training.
MicroLaser Discectomy was pioneered by Dr. Burres, a Stanford-trained Board Certified neurological surgeon and was first performed in May, 1993.
His publications include Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Cervical Pseudomengocoele, Skull Bone Transplantation, Balloon Occlusion Catheterization for CCF, High Tech Fitness, and UltraCOACH Athletic Training Software.

T.S. Park, MD:
As the Neurosurgeon-In-Chief at the St. Louis Children's Hospital and Shi H. Huang professor of neurosurgery at the Washington University, Dr. Park cares for a large number of children with neurosurgical disorders. He is renowned for his work on selective dorsal rhizotomy for treatment of spastic cerebral palsy. Also, he is an expert in pediatric epilepsy surgery and surgical treatment of birth brachial plexus injury. 
He authored 133 scientific articles, 33 book chapters, 3 books, 76 abstracts, and 236 scientific presentations including invited lectures and visiting professorships.
His research has been funded by National Institutes of Health for 22 years, and he is a recipient of a prestigious Javits Neuroscience Investigator award in recognition of his outstanding research.
